Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking a Project Controls Cost Specialist, NA, to support cost forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling for a data center portfolio. The role focuses on organizing data, implementing scalable processes, and communicating risks to stakeholders.

Onsite work in Ohio is required. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project controls, familiarity with Yardi and Anaplan, and strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5 years of project controls management experience; 5–10 preferred.
• Experience with Yardi and Anaplan is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecast and cashflow for projects.
• Change Order Management and payment review.
• Monitor risks and mitigation plans.
• Reconcile forecasted vs final costs.
• Prepare cost and schedule reports for upper management.
• Coordinate with GC, design consultants, RFIs during construction.
