Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
• Advanced math skills and ability to perform financial calculations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce and Procore is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage incoming requests through ticketing queue; route, prioritize, and track items to resolution.
• Maintain and enforce project administrative policies and procedures.
• Audit data for accuracy and flag discrepancies; architect reporting solutions.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc client reports and deliver executive-level presentations.
