Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Lead to direct and support project management operations, administration, and management from start to finish. The role is part of the Project Management function overseeing projects from initiation through completion.

The position emphasizes audit reporting, policy development, and expert handling of the project tracking system and related cost accounting tools, with responsibilities spanning team training and escalation handling.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own function.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Audit reporting on key performance indicators.
• Create project policies and directives within the operations manual.
• Serve as subject matter expert of the internet-based project tracking system and job cost accounting system.
• Respond to internal and external escalated inquiries about performance reports and tracking data.
• Assist project management teams with implementation and monitoring of policies.
