CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to support the PMO with ticketing triage, data accuracy audits, and reporting. The role collaborates across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
The position combines analytical work with cross-functional coordination and requires adapting to ad-hoc requests while meeting established deadlines. The role is hybrid, with several weekly visits to the client's NYC office.
As a Senior Project Controls Analyst, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the PMO team. You will triage and manage incoming requests through the ticketing queue, maintain project tools and templates for data accuracy, and prepare recurring reports by gathering data from established sources. You will troubleshoot inquiries related to performance reports and tracking systems, audit project data for accuracy, flag discrepancies, and monitor adherence to project administrative practices — escalating non-compliance as needed.
This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive projects toward completion. You will communicate project data and reporting outputs clearly, adapt to ad-hoc requests at a moment's notice, and apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish objectives within established deadlines.
This is a hybrid position into the clients NYC office several times per week.
