Job summary

CBRE seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a large interior fit-out project or a program of multi-disciplinary CRE solutions for Financial Services sector clients. On-site in New York required at least three days per week with quarterly travel to project sites outside the city.

You will manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk while interfacing with clients, preparing scope of work, and overseeing resources and governance.

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience or training are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality and risk skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for real estate projects.
• Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope, budget, cash flow and milestones.
• Identify resources, run RFIs/RFPs, bid analysis and vendor evaluations; lead change management.
