Job summary

The GBS Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support our Federal Division in Philadelphia, PA. You will aid Program Managers by analyzing project costs, revenue, risks, and pricing, and assist with budgets and cost forecasting.

The role involves producing financial reports and maintaining accurate accounting data to support government contracts. You will collaborate across teams, help with cost proposals, and ensure compliant submissions while supporting financial health of the

Qualifications

4–9 years of project finance, cost analysis, or government contracting experience.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

Create cost proposals, project setups and financial reports.
Monitor budgets and provide transparency into financial performance.
Forecast and reconcile costs to ensure profitability and accurate revenue recognition.
Develop revenue and expense analyses and monthly performance reports for upper management.
Audit cost and price proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist with invoicing, eCRAFT submissions and WAWF entries.
Oversee project setup in Business Central and review expense reports for accuracy.
