Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Forecast labor costs and analyze actuals and planned costs.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and communicate funding issues.
• Support contract communications and financial analysis with finance and accounting.
• Monitor timesheet compliance and contractor hours.
• Track subcontractor funding, billing, and payments.
• Ensure internal controls and contract compliance per FAR/DAR.
• Travel up to 10%.
