Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a Project Control Analyst to support Program Management Teams in financial management of government contracts, including FFP, T&M, and Cost Plus Award Fee. The role requires 7+ years of project/control experience for government contractors with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasts, EACs, labor/non-labor spend, CostPoint setup, audits (DCAA/DCMA), and preparing client reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor.
• Deltek Costpoint experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PM Teams to develop, review, and update budgets, forecasts, and EACs.
• Set up CostPoint project structures and ensure proper billing and accounting.
• Manage project labor setup and track spend against budgets.
• Monitor project expenditures for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare client status reports and reviews for management and stakeholders.
• Support subcontractor cost management lifecycle and vendor invoicing.
