Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Advisor, Project Controls Engineer in Indianapolis, Indiana to drive governance and best practices for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across a portfolio of capital projects.

The role emphasizes leadership of the Project Controls community, collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Project Delivery, and continuous improvement in project reporting and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, construction, or related field.
• At least 8 years of project control or quantity surveying experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for Project Controls across capital portfolio.
• Develop budget, cost management, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide SME guidance on controls methodologies and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Project Delivery.
