Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks an Associate Director for Commercial Controls & Cost Assurance. You will own capital invoice management, payment assurance, and earned value management across the global portfolio, ensuring governance and standardized processes.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering to drive data standards, testing, and continuous improvement, traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, engineering, construction, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in project control, quantity surveying, or similar field.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve capital invoice management, payment assurance, and earned value management (EVM).
• Define and maintain data standards, workflows, and change control for invoice management and forecast validation.
• Lead governance for KPI-based performance management, cost assurance, and payment compliance across the global capital portfolio.
• Act as interface between IMO and Project Controls, resolving issues and escalating risks.
• Develop training materials and governance procedures to ensure consistent adoption across the portfolio.
