Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Project Controller to work with Project Managers, Executives and Superintendents on project accounting and administration. The role focuses on requisitions, vendor invoices, contract compliance, and forecast validation, with Oracle-based processing of changes and cost transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• CCIP/OCIP project administration and analysis is a plus.
• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly owner requisitions.
• Review and approve subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices.
• Manage subcontractor compliance with contract terms (insurance, bonds, waivers, CCIP enrollment, billing).
• Assist Project Management with monthly project forecast and validation of fee and percent complete forecast.
• Process subcontractor and owner change orders in Oracle.
