Job summary

M Moser Associates New York is seeking a Senior Project Architect / Senior Architectural Designer who specializes in workplace interior projects. You will lead projects from early client conversations through construction administration, ensuring design intent and buildability.

The role requires coordinating with MEP, structural, and specialty consultants, mentoring junior designers, and guiding teams across test fit, schematic design, development, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years+ of experience as a Project Architect, Technical Designer, or Job Captain in an interior design or architecture firm.
• Experience working on medium to large workplace projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects and interior designers to develop client solutions and solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to share design and construction expertise.
• Ensure projects conform to program and contract requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior designers for enhanced teamwork and skill-building.
