You will guide project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with engineers, clients, and contractors to deliver innovative environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in design professions, NAAB accreditation, and strong knowledge of building technologies.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
• Ability to provide business development within the firm’s practice area.
• 10+ years combined experience as a design professional and/or architect.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• Strong grasp of building technology fundamentals.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends.
• Excellent time management, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in marketing and business development; create and monitor plans.
• Prepare strategic plans for practice success and communicate a clear market vision.
• Represent the Firm at professional and trade organizations.
• Ensure the practice aligns with the Firm’s strategic plans.
• Foster learning, collaboration, and professional development across teams.
• Review development plans and advocate for team growth.
• Lead design and coordination of projects, including materials/constructability.
• Prepare design/proposal materials and estimate fees; define scope of work.
• Coordinate efforts of engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project communications; administer documentation.
• Supervise site observations and reporting of conditions and progress.
• Make major design decisions involving spatial and aesthetic elements.
