Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design or interior architecture (workspace focus).
• Proven ability to produce construction documents and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with Revit-based 3D modeling and rendering workflows (Enscape or similar).
• Experience working on built commercial projects, not just conceptual work.
• Hand sketching and conceptual visualization skills.
• Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial workplace interior design projects from programming through construction administration.
• Develop space planning, test fits, and design concepts for office environments.
• Guide design direction and evaluate solutions based on client and project goals.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and systems for commercial interiors.
• Produce and oversee construction documentation sets (plans, elevations, details).
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams on technical coordination.
• Provide strategic project execution and uphold high design and technical standards.
