Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of architecture experience, a CO RA license (or within reach), and strong communication skills to support design leads and project delivery.

Qualifications

• RA license; CO state registration required or obtainable within an agreed period after hire.
• 10–15 years architecture experience including construction document production and multi‑discipline technical coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM for architectural production.
• Working knowledge of Denver and Colorado building codes.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with engineering disciplines and outside consultants through DD and CD phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of construction documents and specifications for assigned projects.
• Direct technical coordination across engineering disciplines and outside consultants to produce coordinated, conflict‑free documents.
• Own technical detailing, code compliance, and document quality within the project scope.
• Partner with the Design Lead as a technical collaborator through DD and CD phases.
• Mentor production staff and ensure model quality and integration of specifications with drawings.
