STV Incorporated seeks an Architect for our Buildings group in Douglassville and Philadelphia, PA. The Project Architect serves as the chief technical architect for drawing sets and specifications, guiding production from DD through CD, ensuring code-compliant, buildable documents.

The role leads the project team, coordinates across engineering and outside consultants, and mentors production staff. All production uses Revit, with emphasis on technical detailing and quality assurance within the

Formación

• RA license required or obtainable within an agreed period after hire.
• 5–10 years of professional architecture experience, including construction document production and multi-discipline technical coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM for architectural production.
• Working knowledge of local building codes.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with engineering disciplines and outside consultants through DD and CD phases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Direct technical coordination across all disciplines and consultants to produce coordinated, conflict-free documents.
• Mentor production staff and manage day-to-day production and discipline coordination.
• Collaborate with Design Lead on technical decisions and project standards.
