Job summary

STV Incorporated in Douglassville and Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Project Architect to lead the production of construction documents from Design Development through Construction Documents, coordinating across disciplines under a Senior Project Architect.

You will mentor production staff, ensure code-compliant, integrated drawings, and contribute to STV's national technical standards while collaborating with the Design Lead and Design Manager.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect (RA) or to obtain within an agreed period after hire
• 5–10 years of professional architecture experience, including construction document production and multi-discipline coordination
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM for architectural production and knowledge of local building codes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead production of construction documents (drawings and specifications) for assigned projects
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines and outside consultants to deliver coordinated, buildable documents
• Mentor and supervise production staff; manage day-to-day production and discipline coordination
• Contribute to firmwide technical standards and tools; support pursuits with technical content
