STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Architect in New York. You will lead complex architecture projects, owning the drawing set from kickoff to closeout and coordinating with subconsultants to meet STV’s standards.

The role requires NY registration or progress toward it, 15+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit/BIM with ACC knowledge. Expect collaboration with the Design Lead and Project Management Lead to align design intent and schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Architect (RA) with New York registration or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• 15+ years of progressive architecture experience, including independent project delivery.
• Fluency in the NYC Building Code and NYC DOB filing/approval processes.
• Proven track record producing coordinated construction document sets for public‑agency and institutional clients.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM; experience with ACC preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from kickoff through closeout, directing production of coordinated construction documents.
• Own the drawing set and coordinate specifications; ensure code‑compliant outcomes.
• Escalate contract/fee/client issues outside project scope to Principal‑in‑Charge.
• Coordinate technical work across disciplines and subconsultants to STV standards.
• Collaborate with Design Lead on technical aspects while Design Lead retains design direction.
