Job summary

Bories & Shearron Architecture DPC is seeking a Project Manager / Architect with 8–10 years of experience to lead luxury residential projects in NYC, collaborating directly with principals on a wide range of schemes from concept to construction.

The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, highly organized, and capable of producing precise construction documents, with strong verbal and written English skills and a drive to excel in a creative, hands‑on team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8–10 years professional architectural experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Experience with construction documents and details.
• Experience with wood-frame single-family residences.
• Residential projects in NYC experience.
• Understanding of NYC building codes, zoning and LPC.
• Experience organizing projects from SD to CA.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills.
• Currently in NYC metro area, eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury residential projects, working directly with principals.
• Prepare construction documents and project details.
• Coordinate with NYC codes, zoning, and LPC requirements.
• Manage multiple projects from SD to CA stages.
