Archinect, a New York architecture firm known for Traditional / Classical residential design, seeks a Project Manager / Architect with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. You will work directly with principals on a wide variety of luxury residential projects in NYC.

We value proficiency in AutoCAD, strong organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects from SD to CA. Hand drawing is a plus, and candidates must reside in the NYC metro area and be eligible to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• 8–10 years professional architectural experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating SD to CA.
• Experience with construction documents and details.
• Knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning and LPC.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with principals on luxury residential projects.
• Lead project documentation from SD through CA.
• Collaborate in a team environment and mentor junior staff.
