We are seeking an experienced architect to join our practice as a Project Manager, contributing to our portfolio of high-end, Classical, residential design. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury traditional residential work, a fluent command of the classical language, a thorough grounding in architectural precedent, and advanced technical drawing ability encompassing construction documentation and the detailed design of millwork and cabinetry. A demonstrated capacity to lead considered, highly detailed residential projects from concept through completion is essential.
Our Project Managers are entrusted with the disciplined execution of projects across all phases. The role demands both organizational rigor and substantive participation in the design process—advancing the work while ensuring that it is translated clearly and accurately into coordinated documentation. Depending on scope, a Project Manager may direct smaller or moderately complex projects independently, or contribute to larger and more complex undertakings under senior leadership. In every instance, the role provides structure, continuity, and clarity for our clients and internal teams alike.
Success in this position is defined by dependable project delivery, strong coordination, meaningful contribution to design development, and consistent control of scope, schedule, and fee.
