Cuhaci Peterson® is seeking a highly skilled, licensed Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex projects from concept through construction. You will oversee all phases, mentor team members, and ensure design excellence, code compliance, and quality control.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of professional experience, an active architectural license, strong leadership, and exceptional client-facing skills to drive project success and sustainable design.

Formación

Active Architectural License required.
Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience.
Thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, life safety requirements, and industry standards.
Proven ability to lead large-scale projects or multiple concurrent medium-sized projects.
Proficiency in developing construction documents, specifications, and technical detailing.

Responsabilidades

Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
Develop design solutions that align with client objectives and codes.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, fire protection, and specialty consultants.
Manage permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Represent client interests in hearings and planning meetings.
