Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Project Architect for our Buildings group in NYC. The SPA leads day-to-day delivery on complex architecture projects, owning drawing sets and coordinating specs while partnering with Design Leads and PM Leads through kickoff to closeout.

The role requires registration (RA or NYS) within 6 months, 15+ years’ experience, and strong Revit/BIM skills. NYC DOB processes and design-technical leadership are core aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• RA license or NYS registration required within 6 months of hire.
• NCARB certification preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive architecture experience; independent project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through closeout, directing production of coordinated construction documents.
• Own drawing set and specifications coordination; maintain technical authority within project scope.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and other disciplines; ensure schedule alignment with milestones.
