Job summary

Rapt in Los Angeles is seeking senior designers (project architects) to lead technical execution and delivery across all project phases. You will coordinate with directors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent and high-quality outcomes from concept through construction administration.

The role requires strong leadership, detailing, documentation, and proficiency with BIM workflows, especially Revit, plus extensive experience with complex code issues and multi-stream project

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in architecture.
• 12+ years in architecture or design studio.
• Proficiency with integrated BIM and Revit.
• Experience delivering complex drawing sets.
• Knowledge of local codes and processes.
• Experience with contract administration and CA streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution and delivery of complex projects across all phases.
• Coordinate with creative directors, consultants and internal teams to ensure design intent and quality.
• Manage multiple streams, schedules and documentation from concept to construction administration.
• Maintain design intent and technical quality throughout the project lifecycle.
