Rapt Studio in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Designer to lead projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with Creative Directors and Design Directors to push the work forward.

You will guide teams, translate ideas into cohesive spatial experiences, and mentor designers while engaging directly with clients. The role requires a strong design vision, leadership, and hands-on studio presence in a hybrid, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design required.
• 8+ years in architecture or design studio.
• Experience leading project teams through concept to delivery.
• Ability to translate ideas into cohesive spatial experiences.
