Job summary

Raptstudio in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Designer to drive projects from concept to delivery, leading design teams and collaborating with Creative Directors to push the work forward.

You will shape design intent across concept development, development, and delivery, translating ideas into cohesive spatial experiences while balancing narrative, brand, and function. Strong leadership and client collaboration are essential. This onsite role requires regular studio presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 8+ years of experience in an architecture or design studio
• Experience leading project teams through concept design, design development, and delivery
• Ability to translate big ideas into cohesive spatial experiences—balancing narrative, brand, and function
• Experience collaborating with clients and partners to evolve ideas into aligned, buildable solutions
• Fluency and working knowledge of production tools and documentation workflows (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)

Responsibilities
