Job summary

Raptstudio seeks a Senior Designer (Project Architect) in Los Angeles to lead technical execution across all project phases. You will work with Creative Directors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are coordinated and documented from concept to construction administration.

The role requires master’s level architecture education and 12+ years’ experience, with strong BIM/Revit expertise. Relocation support is available and compensation reflects experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Architecture required.
• 12+ years in architecture or design studio.
• Experience with integrated BIM process and Revit.
• Strong project leadership and coordination.
• Detailing through concept to construction administration.
• Knowledge of codes and jurisdictional processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution and delivery across all project phases.
• Coordinate with Creative Directors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Maintain design intent and technical quality throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage complex project streams and multi‑subconsultant coordination.
• Oversee contracts and procurement methods; manage CA streams.
