McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture is seeking a Project Architect for its Commercial practice in Greenville, SC. You will provide production support, review drawings, and produce construction documents while working closely with clients and engineers.

The role requires five years of experience, strong design skills, and proficiency in Revit and related software. You will help manage budgets, schedules, and project teams to deliver high-quality environmental design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree.
• Licensed architect preferred but not required.
• Minimum five years as intern architect or architect.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Newforma Project Center.
• Experience with Newforma Planifi/Project Analyzer.
• Experience with Bluebeam PDF Revu.

Responsabilités

• Provide production support for project teams.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs; respond as needed.
• Produce construction documents, revisions and addenda.
• Manage finished plans, specs and material approvals.
• Assist with project budget management and scheduling.
• Prepare design presentation materials for clients.
• Develop schematic design concepts with clients.
