The firm seeks a senior professional to lead marketing, strategic planning, and practice leadership across markets, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients while guiding teams through design, documentation, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
• 10+ years combined experience as a design professional and/or architect.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• Firm grasp of building technology fundamentals.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends.
• Excellent time management, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development plans; create and monitor marketing plans.
• Prepare strategic plans for practice success and establish a vision for the market practice.
• Represent Firm at professional and trade organizations.
• Align practice with Firm strategic plans and direction.
• Foster learning, collaboration, and professional development.
• Review and advocate for team members' development plans.
• Manage finished plans, specifications, approvals, and multiple projects.
• Prepare design and proposal materials, estimate fees, and define scope of work.
• Conduct code research and coordinate approvals with agencies.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Ensure environmental, safety, structural, and zoning standards are met.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs; coordinate efforts.
• Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; oversee communications.
• Supervise site observations and document construction progress.
