Mcmillan-Pazdan-Smith-2 is seeking an Architect III to lead design development, production of construction documents, and coordination with clients and engineers for complex projects.

The role requires licensure, 8+ years of combined experience, and strong proficiency in CAD, Revit, and the full Microsoft Office suite. The position may involve site observation, code analysis, and construction administration with an emphasis on regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent.
• Licensed architect with eight years of experience as intern/architect.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Strong building technology fundamentals.
• Thorough knowledge of codes, operations, processes, and trends.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple priorities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational/ follow‑through skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to provide clear direction and demonstrate cultural awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Project Architect and take responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction.
• Develop schematic design concepts with client and user groups.
• Prepare design presentations and project proposals, budgets, schedules, and workforce projections.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Conduct construction administration including shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
• Manage and nurture client relationships and oversee project team objectives and workflow.
