Stantec is seeking a Project Architect / Architectural Designer to join its Buildings team in Pittsburgh. You will lead large, complex projects, develop architectural designs, and coordinate using BIM tools like Revit and AutoCAD.

You’ll mentor staff, work with clients, and oversee documentation through multiple project phases. The position requires 5+ years of experience, a degree in Architecture, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture.
• Licensure preferred; LEED AP desired but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large, complex projects and manage design development.
• Develop design through sketches, models, diagrams, and massing studies.
• Utilize BIM to create 3D models and coordinate with team and clients.
• Prepare documentation across architectural phases: site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, details.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including consultants, owners, and contractors.
• Ensure quality assurance and constructability reviews throughout the project.
