Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of design experience in a consulting environment.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated design team through the project design process from validation to construction administration.
• Represent Stantec’s design excellence and coordinate with Project Manager/Architect and Principal in Charge.
• Develop design concepts, communicate ideas, and advocate for sustainability and accessibility.
• Coordinate building systems and BIM workflows to ensure design intent and constructability.
• Present design proposals to stakeholders and handle client communications.
• Ensure documentation maintains design intent and aligns with project budget and schedule.
