Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Project Architect - Advanced Manufacturing to lead a multi-disciplinary team from concept through construction. You will promote design excellence, manage scope, schedule, budgets, and staffing, and serve as primary client contact, communicating progress and status.

Responsibilities include coordinating with principals, ensuring code compliance, and advancing the design with BIM tools across phases, while mentoring junior staff and supporting QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required; registered architect.
• Minimum ten years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of codes, building systems, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects of large and medium complexity/size.
• Coordinate with principals and managers to monitor project plans.
• Ensure design intent is maintained through documentation and construction.
• Lead project coordination meetings with owners and consultants.
• Utilize BIM to advance design and documentation.
