Job summary

HOK's Philadelphia Interiors studio is seeking a Project Architect to lead complex documentation, coordinate disciplines, and oversee QA reviews while mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate is a licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience, proficient in Revit and BIM, and able to ensure design intent from concept through construction.

This role requires strong leadership, client interface skills, and commitment to sustainable design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Licensed Architect with current license required.
• LEED credential within 12 months of employment.
• NCARB registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall design intent is incorporated into detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with disciplines and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead project teams.
• Maintain QA/QC processes and ensure schedules are met.
