Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries, keeping the general ledger accurate and up to date.
Review project expenses and ensure costs are properly capitalized.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and other teams to gather information for project accounting.
Track and record capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and transfers.
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
Handle monthly sales and use tax reporting.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for project activity.
Support annual audits by preparing schedules and coordinating with external auditors.
Collaborate with the tax team to provide documentation for tax filings.
