Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, keeping the general ledger accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and other teams to gather information for project accounting.
• Track and record capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and transfers.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle monthly sales and use tax reporting.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for project activity.
• Support annual audits by preparing schedules and coordinating with external auditors.
• Collaborate with the tax team to provide documentation for tax filings.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for journal entries, preparing bank reconciliations, month end, and compiling financial reports

• Prepare and post journal entries while keeping the general ledger accurate and up to date
• Review project expenses and make sure costs are properly capitalized
• Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and other departments to gather information and support project accounting
