Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience with emphasis on financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and tax-related activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.
• Review portfolio company financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and prepare required documentation.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries for multiple companies.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to accounting policies.
