Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure integrity of data across multiple entities.
• Review financial statements for portfolio companies (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows).
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and prepare required documentation.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries for various companies.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with GAAP and company policies.
• Support leadership with process improvements and special projects as needed.
