Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in accounting for project teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Understanding of construction processes and requirements.
• Intermediate MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Textura ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and resolves accounting issues to ensure accuracy in project reporting, meeting contractual agreements and standards to process payables.
• Reconciles job costs to ensure appropriate billings and communicates variances to the project team.
• Performs monthly pay applications to owner and provides required reporting.
• Performs monthly reconciliation of A/R accounts and cost accruals, and conducts accounts receivable audits.
• Assists in project budget setup while supporting overall accuracy.
• Forecasts and analyzes costs with teams, identifying risks and effects on monthly financials.
