Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or Civil Engineering; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• Proven experience (7+ years) managing large-scale aerospace and defense construction projects.
• Strong understanding of aerospace and defense industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Must be able to complete an extensive background check.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage bidders lists and oversee bid documents and bidder engagement.
• Lead development of complex project schedules and site logistics plans.
• Establish and champion the jobsite safety plan and culture; coordinate MEP/BIM processes.
• Create and manage the general conditions budget and monitor costs.
• Lead project team meetings and coordinate with architects, engineers, and code officials.
• Assist with pursuit of new work, including RFP responses and presentations.
