Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support field leadership and manage multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs. You will help impact operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability under the Area Manager's guidance.

The role requires experience with school-age programs, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively to program sites. First Aid/CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or child care setting.
• Assertive and confident with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% of the workday.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback to Right At School program team members.
• Audit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and processes.
• Support the Area Manager to ensure safety and security of children in the program.
• Develop relationships with school administration, parents, and PTA to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
• Coordinate educational electives programs for the assigned area as applicable.
• Review enrollment and timekeeping data and take prescribed actions.
• Meet regularly with the Area Manager regarding program, site and staff performance.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Administer light first aid when necessary.
