Job summary

Georgia Tech in Atlanta seeks a Sr. Program & Operations Manager in the Housing and Residence Life (HRL) Department to lead large, cross‑functional programs, oversee projects through their life cycle, and ensure timely reporting and budgeting.

Qualifications

Educational requirements: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience: Six to eight years of job-related experience.
Preferred Skills: Experience with strategic planning/decision-making and aligning programmatic efforts to meet unit objectives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the program's main point of contact for internal stakeholders, faculty, and students; liaison to campus business units for operations.
Develop and implement operating and administrative processes; define duties; monitor performance; manage HR functions (hiring, immigration, timekeeping, reviews).
Implement communications strategies using Slack, SharePoint, Teams, websites, and other tools.
Ensure logistics, procurement, records, compliance, NDAs, meetings and minutes are handled properly.
