Georgia Tech is seeking a Sr. Program & Operations Manager for Living Learning Communities & Academic Partnerships in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six to eight years of job-related experience.
• Must pass a credit check before handling money; must be able to set up tables and chairs; must be available for evening shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program's main point of contact for internal stakeholders, faculty, and students; liaise with campus units.
• Develop and implement operating and administrative processes; manage HR functions (hiring, timekeeping, reviews).
• Implement communications strategy via Slack, websites, SharePoint, Teams; maintain regular meetings.
• Ensure logistics and support for programs; handle procurement, records, compliance, NDAs, meetings, minutes, and documents.
• Collect, verify, analyze data; prepare reports and data submissions as needed.
• Develop relationships with advisory boards; participate in strategic planning and milestone implementation.
• Manage preparation of financial reports; coordinate unit budget preparation and related reports.
• Provide executive administrative management; maintain a complex schedule and act as primary scheduling contact.
• Manage events, symposia, and conferences including venues, sponsors, logistics, and travel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
