Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead across a varied portfolio of programmes, reporting to the Managing Director. You will provide senior-level support, shape bids and proposals, strengthen governance, and coach programme teams across complex, regulated environments.

Experience in Systems Integration, aviation, defence or transportation is valuable. The role involves strategic and hands-on delivery, with opportunities to influence across multiple programmes and business

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple programmes across complex delivery environments.
• Ability to shape bids and proposals and drive governance across a portfolio.
• Proven coaching experience with senior programme managers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across multiple programmes and priorities.
• Identify issues and strengthen delivery for successful outcomes.
