Job summary

Leidos in Maryland is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large, nationally significant software development and system engineering and integration program within the National Security Sector. As the prime contractor, Leidos will drive performance and optimize the customer backlog and roadmap to meet mission needs.

You will allocate resources, review baselines, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and present status to the Government PM.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Fifteen years of program or project management experience on similar contracts.
• PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level III certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contract activities impacting meeting Government requirements.
• Allocate staffing, facilities, and budgets on the contract.
• Review and present the Integrated Program Baseline to the Government.
• Approve Estimate To Complete and Contract Data Requirements.
• Review risk and mitigation activities and report status to the COR.
• Mentor mid-level and junior staff and ensure cross-discipline integration.
