Job summary

Leidos in the United States seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale software development and system engineering program within the National Security Sector. As the prime contractor, you’ll drive backlog management, schedule performance, and roadmaps across multi-vendor teams and Government stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in program or project management on complex contracts, TS/SCI with polygraph, and certifications such as PMP/FAC-P/PM Senior Level or DAWIA III.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Fifteen years' experience as a program or project manager on programs of similar scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contract activities impacting meeting government requirements.
• Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, budgets) on the contract.
• Review and present integrated program baseline to the Government.
• Review and approve ETC, CDR and other financial reports as required.
• Review risk and mitigations and report to COR.
• Prepare program status reviews for Government PMs.
• Communicate issues and solutions to Government PM.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contracts staff coordination.
• Recruit and train program staff (direct and indirect).
• Review all financial and technical reports before release to Government.
• Ensure cross-discipline integration to meet government needs.
• Provide input to Award Fee Plan reviews.
• Mentor mid-level and junior staff.
