• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee project planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Create comprehensive timelines and deliverables while following project management standards.
• Coordinate with project managers/business analysts across workgroups.
• Create dashboards for executive updates and post-implementation analytics.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies; analyze opportunities.
• Escalate issues and risks to leadership and develop mitigation plans.
