Job summary

Google’s Large Customer Sales team in the United States seeks a senior leader to drive programmatic advertising strategy and client success. You will manage a team of specialists, build executive relationships with C-level clients, and align video product strategies with client objectives in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience with programmatic sales or programmatic advertising.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and mentor an industry-leading programmatic specialist team. Set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values.
• Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
• Establish operating excellence and strong collaboration across the Midwest and B2B Retail verticals, forging deep relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners by advising on video product strategies.
• Align quarterly and annual sector and vertical business planning processes for DV360 to solve for clients’ key objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to provide clients with solutions that best meet their objectives across our performance products. Incubate new strategic initiatives/businesses impacting the sector.
