Job summary

New Engen, Inc. is seeking a seasoned programmatic marketer to own strategy and execution across Display, Online Video, CTV, and retail media.

You will apply deep channel expertise to optimize campaigns against client goals while building strong client relationships. You will lead and develop a small Associates team, present performance insights, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships through new channels and creative testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital media experience with programmatic execution.
• Expertise across Display, Online Video, CTV, and retail media.
• Strong client relations and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Self-starter, independent, able to work with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Programmatic Campaign Strategy & Execution across Display, Online Video, CTV, and retail media.
• Manage and Develop Talent; coach Associates and Senior Associates.
• Own Client Relationships; present performance and opportunities.
• Drive Account Strategy and Growth; identify upsell opportunities.
• Analyze Performance and Turn Data Into Action; translate insights into recommendations.
• Partner Across Creative and Media Teams to align testing strategies.
• Build Strong Platform and Publisher Partnerships with DSPs and media partners.
• Operate with Independence; own strategy with growing responsibility.
