Job summary

New Engen, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Paid Search Lead to own and grow a portfolio of high-growth startup/DTC accounts. You’ll lead Google Ads across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, with Microsoft Ads experience a plus, translating client goals into actionable search strategies and optimizations.

You’ll collaborate with analytics, media, and creative partners, mentor junior teammates, and help shape paid search programs in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Paid Search experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent client-facing communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-growth startup/DTC accounts, leading Paid Search strategy and execution.
